We are working on a project to automate detection of events or states in videos where there is a stable pattern by using minimal effort from crowd workers in combination with computer vision.
Currently working on Solar AIA, HMI and Forecasting prediction in the FAIL lab here in CSE at the University of Michigan. We are using data from the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) to predict the future state of the sun and interesting properties including the occurence of flares.
